When sending an e-mail order please include the following informations : exact model of the product and needed quantity, your name and surname, delivery address, phone number and desired payment method. If you need a business receipt for your company, please include all the needed company information ( that means VAT number, billing address, shipping address, contact information and any additional info you think is relevant ) .

All orders recieved from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, and send via Croatian post within one working day from the recieved order. Orders made on Fridays are usually sent on Mondays. Weekend orders are usually sent on Tuesdays. For international orders we can’t offer payment upon delivery, so they must be paid in adavance via direct bank transfer or PayPal. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and the total weight of the package. Shipping costs are calculated before payment and are included in the final, total price. We use Priority Registered Mail, because that way the buyer can track the shipment at any time on : https://www.posta.hr/default.aspx?id=3701. This is the default shipping service. If you wish to use a cheaper alternative with no tracking number, please contact us on our e-mail address or on our telephone number.

All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, that also includes changes, returns, and warranty claims. For refunds, returns and warranty claims please contact us via our e-mail address or on our telephone number, before sending the package to our street address. Full refunds can be made only if the product is undamaged, if the original product packaging is undamaged without any visible traces of usage and if the claim for a refund is made within 7 days of the recieved package. Please save any kind of post receipt that includes the date of the delivery to your shipping address.

When choosing the local pickup method of delivery, bare in mind that we store your package for 60 days from the date of the order. After that period we charge a storage fee of 2€ ( VAT included ) daily and your package can be either delivered or picked up locally after you have fully paid the storage fee. You can pay the storage fee via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or in our store ( only in Croatian Kuna ).

The company AEROELASTIC j.d.o.o. is not liable for any damages made to the goods or the package that happened during delivery and is not to be accountable for inexpert handling , or improper use of the ordered products.
